The official name is Tangshan Qixin Cement Industrial Museum (唐山启新水泥工业博物馆) but people call it the old fashion way: Qixin museum, which is on the compound of Chee Hsin Cement.
The last fire of the first cement factory had gone out in 2008. Reorganization, merge and acquisition followed. Due real estate development, it looks rather vacant with many empty shops but I enjoyed it very much.
On that blue skies Thursday, my impression is, what a beautiful modern art museum.
